F2i, the infrastructure fund headed by Vito Gamberale, started the procedure for the reorganization of the most important participations in Italian airports, which will merge into the holding F2i Aeroporti. The reorganization consists of a double contribution to F2i Aeroporti, which will have under his control 50.79% of Sagat and 35.7% of Sea, including 29.75% gained from the City of Milan in 2011 and 5.94% of the share gained from the Province of Milan in 2012. The rearrangement implies a total valuation of the company amounted to 1.24 billion.
